As you register to this Forum, you agree to, and must respect, what follows:

1) As you register to this Forum, the member is the only responsible for the contents of its own messages/images. In any case the member agree to compensate for, and not to retain responsible what so ever, neither the administrators nor the moderators/other representatives of the “Forum Over50 in moto”, for any complaint which may occur when publishing the member’s own messages.

2) It is absolutely forbidden to insult, to use explicit, obscene or vulgar, offensive, pornographic language or images and/or messages, expressions, and opinions, in accordance with the present and normal rules of law.
References or expressions who may harm the human or professional dignity of a person are not permitted. The administrator and the moderators of the Forum, at their discretion, have the right to edit or delete posts, without prior notice, which are considered to be inappropriate/inconvenient, unsuitable, polemic, illegal or close to, and that violate the rules of this Forum. If a member would feel offended by someone, in order to avoid discussions/polemics, the member is kindly requested to contact and forward the message to the administrator and to the moderators. Any offence will result in administrative action (ie. banning).

3) It is not permitted to discuss neither politics nor football.

4) No advertising or links to advertising is permitted and it is not permitted to use the Forum for commercial or promoting purposes. Appropriate links to other home pages are allowed only in the space for signatures.

5) No posts of copyrighted material of any kind (documents, images and/or photos) are permitted. Information copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the person posting should not be posted on the message boards without the consent of the owner.
It is not allowed to publish photos/images of vehicles where the number plates are legible/visible.

6) It is not permitted to publish (or ask for personal information from others) e-mail addresses, home addresses, phone number and/or other personal information that may harm or violate the personal privacy of members and non-members.

7) Users that do not abide by the rules may be subject to having their posts edited or deleted, their member account permanently banned from further access and/or deleted without notice, by the administrator and the moderator of the Forum. Requests of information about such decisions are not to be considered public, and will thus be cancelled. Requests of that kind may only be made by sending a private message to the administrator and the moderators.

The personal information, which the new member have agreed to give at the moment of the registration to the Forum, are private and will be treated only by the administrators of the Forum, in accordance with the present, normal rules of law. The personal information will not be used for commercial or promoting purposes.

The member may, at any time, make a request to have its own account cancelled by the administrator or the moderators of the Forum.
